At Slavia Fashion, your shopping experience is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with merchandise, you may return it in accordance with the Return and Exchange Terms & Conditions below and we will refund eligible purchases.

Our store administration reviews closely every case and decides if an item eligible for return or not. Though the return policy seem strict we rather in position to settle every case in customer’s favor. However, please understand that in some cases it is fully reasonable that items cannot be returned. For example, underwear or body tight items cannot be returned due hygienic reasons.

Please note - for hygienic reasons, underwear and/or body tight items  (including all kinds of Telnyashka Shirts) cannot be accepted for return.

Return Instructions

To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:

  1. Please contact our customer support to make sure that items you wish to return are eligible for return.
  2. In case if purchase eligible for return you will be provided with RMA number.
  3. Mail the merchandise you wish to return along with RMA number and your original invoice to the address provided by customer support.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.

The Exception can be made to this policy in case if the exception is in accordance with the Canadian Laws and Government regulations. Any exception can be made solely at the discretion of Slavia Fashion store administration.

Returning Merchandise You Didn't Order

Please contact customer service if you receive extra merchandise in a shipment, or merchandise was delivered to you that you did not order.

Your name
Your mailing address
The order number on the shipping label

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility. Upon approval, your refund will be processed.

Eligible refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

If a Gift card is used and the merchandise is returned, the funds will be placed back on the original card.

You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) purchased. Re-stocking fee up to 20% may or may not be charged at the discretion of Slavia Fashion store administration depends on condition of returned items. We are in position do not charge re-stocking fee; we do it only if it is necessary.

It may take from 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the return until funds will be refunded to the original form of payment (or almost immediately on your Slavia Fashion Gift Card.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Any returned items that do not comply with our policy, may be denied at the discretion of Slavia Fashion store administration. In this case a customer will be responsible for the shipping expenses in order to ship declined items back to the customer. 

Please note: when you return an item for a refund, the applicable taxes will be refunded. Taxes paid on shipping fees are non-refundable, unless because of an error on our side.

Shipment Returned to Us

Slavia Fashion reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided or refusal at time of delivery.
